Position DescriptionThe FP&A Analyst supports annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple departments. This role performs variance analysis, partners with cross-functional teams on planning and forecasting, and supports capital expenditure planning and budget tracking. The FP&A Analyst combines strong analytical skills with clear communication to help departments understand and manage their financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Supports annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple departments.
- Compares actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifies variances, determines root causes, and prepares monthly and quarterly reports.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to support annual planning and forecasting.
- Assists with capital expenditure planning and tracks project spending against approved budgets.

Position RequirementsThis Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes- Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
- Brings three to five years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interacts effectively with staff at varying levels of the organization.
- Applies strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Brings accounting experience and knowledge.
- Communicates clearly in written and verbal formats.
