About The RoleWe're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to be the first dedicated full stack hire on the healthcare team. You'll play a foundational role in shaping both the product and the technical architecture. This isn't about executing a roadmap that's already been defined-it's about creating it. You'll work across the stack and across functions to identify what we need to build, why it matters, and how to make it happen. You should be excited to own projects end-to-end, make foundational backend decisions, and drive features from zero to launch with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and operations to design and build user-facing features and internal tools that move the needle
- Own the development and launch of new products, working directly with clients to gather feedback and iterate quickly
- Build intuitive, high-quality front-end experiences for complex workflows with a strong focus on usability
- Make key backend design decisions, including API design, data modeling, and service architecture
- Develop modular, reusable components and systems to support scalability, maintainability, and engineering velocity
- Contribute to building the team's technical culture through best practices, code quality, and thoughtful architecture
Move at rocket speed, build something massive. We're scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff.
We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It's hard, it's intense, and it's the most rewarding work you'll ever do. If you're hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Why JoinGrowth and impact. It's not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that's scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you'll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You'll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn't when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
