The OpportunityThis is
not a traditional sales leadership role.
We're looking for someone who measures success by business outcomes-not activity. Someone who naturally identifies opportunities, removes obstacles, and helps move the entire company forward.
You'll personally originate and close strategic opportunities across hospitality, commercial real estate, property management, HOAs, and enterprise portfolios while building the sales organization, partnerships, and systems needed to scale Powder Watts nationally.
You'll also help develop strategic relationships with utilities and energy partners as Powder Watts expands into demand response, virtual power plants, and grid-capacity services.
This is a true player-coach position.
One day you'll be closing a strategic customer. The next you'll be recruiting talent, building channel partnerships, refining the sales process, or removing obstacles to growth.
If you're looking for an established organization with mature processes and support teams, this probably isn't the right opportunity.
If you're energized by building companies rather than simply managing them, we'd love to meet you.

- Strong executive communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
