Full Job Description

What You'll Do
• Build the orchestration engine for running multiple coding agents in parallel and keeping long-running tasks active across sessions.
• Enable the platform to run on customer infrastructure, bare-metal fleets, cloud providers, and managed compute.
• Support different coding agents and models, including bring-your-own subscriptions and open-source models.
• Develop desktop, web, and mobile interfaces, along with integrations for team communication and project management tools.
• Build team capabilities for shared environments, secrets, skills, MCP servers, spend controls, and usage visibility.
• Work with early customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the product.
What We're Looking For
• Experience with developer tools or coding-agent orchestration.
• Daily hands-on use of current coding-agent tools, including experience running several agents in parallel.
• A strong background building or operating cloud and compute infrastructure across varied environments.
• About two years of software engineering experience; new graduates are welcome.
• Open-source contributions to coding agents or developer tools are a plus.
