As we transition from founder-led sales to a highly predictable go-to-market engine, we are looking for our Founding Account Executive.
This is a pure full-cycle role. We are looking for a hungry, full-cycle hunter - someone who can run the demos, walk the trade show floors, and excels at closing.
You will work closely with the founders to help design the sales playbook, source your own pipeline, run the full cycle from cold call to close, and establish the foundational revenue engine for Redcar.

Handle the full sales process from outreach to closing 5- and 6-figure deals
Travel to industry trade shows to network and find new business
Test and change your sales scripts and emails daily based on what works
Fine tune your process to increase your conversion rate
Share customer feedback with the founders to help improve the product
