Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction
• Proven track record in high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects
• 2+ years in team leadership and development
• In-depth understanding of construction processes including scheduling and contract management
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of safety and building regulations (e.g., OSHA)

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of project work
