5+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, data, or related fields
Experience with at least one production-launched AI application (GenAI or Agentic AI)
Strong programming skills in Python
Familiarity with LangGraph and LangChain is a plus
Experience in developing Model Control Plans (MCP) is desirable
Responsibilities
Integrate, customize, and deploy AI solutions in customer environments
Collaborate closely with internal and customer teams
Evaluate and test AI models for performance
Engage in hands-on development work (60% of the role)
Participate in team collaboration and consultation (40% of the role)

This is an opportunity to work near the cutting edge of AI business use-cases that are already providing value to real users & customers. In this position you will be collaborating closely with both internal & customer teams to integrate, customize, and deploy AI solutions in customer environments. This is a high-level position that requires deep hands-on production experience with AI applications (GenAI, Agentic AI), model evaluation & testing, and Python development & APIs. This position can be based out of anywhere in the domestic US, but will require semi-regular (roughly once per month) travel to either customer or corporate sites. Appl Required Skills & Experience
