About the RoleWork directly with strategic customers to deploy Pulse in secure environments and integrate with their systems. Define success criteria, design architectures, and take solutions into production.
Responsibilities- Lead discovery, architecture, and implementation for VPC and on-prem rollouts
- Build integrations with S3, Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, and internal tools
- Own performance, reliability, and security for single-tenant environments
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks
- Write documentation and train customer teams
- Track usage, SLAs, and accuracy, and drive expansion
Requirements- 4+ years in software, solutions, or platform engineering
- Strong Python, APIs, SQL, and AWS
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability
- Comfortable with networks, IAM, SSO, and enterprise security reviews
- Clear communication; some travel as needed
Nice to have- Deployments in regulated environments
- Data pipeline experience
