Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, implementation, consulting, etc.)
• Proficiency in TypeScript; able to read and modify frontend and backend code
• Deep understanding of enterprise tech stacks including ERPs and databases
• Experience integrating with legacy systems in complex IT environments
• Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance standards (SOC 2, on-prem, VPNs, SSO)
• Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences
• Background in regulated industries (finance, insurance, manufacturing is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Jinba for enterprise clients to ensure successful adoption
• Collaborate with customers to assess their tech stacks and workflows
• Build integrations that link Jinba with customer systems
• Translate customer input into actionable product requirements for the engineering team
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues in customer environments
• Create best practices and documentation based on real-world field experience
• Manage customer technical relationships from pilot projects to full-scale deployment
