Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with FP&A experience preferred.
Experience managing month-end close processes for multi-entity companies, especially in hospitality or restaurant sectors.
Proven track record of implementing automation and AI in accounting tasks.
Detail-oriented with a passion for precise reconciliations.
Desire to engage directly with customers on-site.
Strong questioning skills and a knack for understanding complex workflows.
Experience driving projects from inception to completion.
Ability to build rapport with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities

What you'll do
Run close for our restaurant and hospitality customers with AI and automations, end-to-end: daily entries, weekly reconciliations, period close, reporting.
Travel to our customers' offices to work with them in-person and get fully "embedded" in their workflows.
Turn the workflows that break into product improvements.
This job is for you if
You are a qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). An FP&A background is a plus.
You have owned a month-end close start to finish, ideally for a multi-entity company. Hospitality, restaurants or other multi-location operators are a plus.
You are a true builder who has deployed automation and AI in accounting work.
You are thorough and meticulous, very hands-on and in the details. You are excited to reconcile to the cent from the original sources.
You want to be working on the ground with customers.
You ask probing questions and enjoy discovery: understanding how a customer's business and workflows really run is a big part of this role.
Beyond the close, you have a track record of driving projects end-to-end.
