As a Forward Deploy Agent Engineer, you will be working directly with our customers to build and ship AI coding agents using the Curie Agent Platform. You will engage with our customers to access their requirements, prepare demonstrations of their use cases using Curie Agents, develop and improve these agents and work closely with the product and development team to bring these improvements into the product roadmap.

About the Role

As a Forward Deploy Agent Engineer, you will be working directly with our customers to build and ship AI agents using the Curie Agent Platform. You will engage with our customers to access their requirements, prepare demonstrations of their use cases using Curie Agents, develop and improve these agents and work closely with the product and development team to bring these improvements into the product roadmap.

Job Function
Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents

You will be responsible for working directly with our customers to build and ship AI agents tailored for their use cases on the Curie Agent Platform.

Engage with Customers

In the role, you will engage with all stages of our customers' agent adoption journey which includes:
  • Discovery and assessment of their requirements
  • Preparing compelling demonstrations and presentations to show case how Curie can solve their needs
  • Running proof of concepts
  • Developing new agents or customization of existing agents to address any technical challenges
  • Ensure the adoption of the Curie solution
  • Become trusted technical advisors to the customers and help educate and evolve their use of coding agents


Shape the Product Roadmap

You will work closely with the Curie product and development teams to scope and implement new features essential to the success of your customers.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in hands-on software development of highly technical products
  • Past experience in Software Development or other similar hands-on development roles at or above the level of Senior Software Engineer
  • Experience crafting and tailoring a message for potential customers, including executives
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience for top universities
  • Knowledge of the latest LLM models and their strengths and weaknesses
  • Knowledge of AI agent building techniques
  • Knowledge of how to design evals


Preferred Skills
  • AI related experience such as having developed AI agents as part of work or hobby projects
  • Penchant for writing technical blogs and technical articles
