Landscape Construction - Foreman
A supervisors' role is to complete all assigned field projects within assigned deadlines and budgets while managing a crew of workers. They are required to take ownership of the entire onsite operation of a project. In relation to that a supervisors' role is to facilitate an environment of growth for employees, manage relations with general contractor and subcontractors, and achieve overall project success.

Your Experience
• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in progressive roles
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role an asset
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Mobile equipment experience with skid steer and excavator
• Post-secondary trades education or Red Seal (completion or working towards) in Landscaping/Horticulture an asset
Compensation
Salary:
• $85,000-104,000 (40.87 - 50/hr)
