Overview

Responsibilities

As the The Foreign Disclosure Analyst Team Lead, you will provide senior leadership and analytical support for foreign disclosure activities, including disclosure policy implementation, review and coordination of releasability matters, foreign visit support, and maintenance of foreign disclosure guidance affecting international program activities.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

    • Lead foreign disclosure support activities and provide functional oversight of analyst execution across assigned requirements.
    • Support development, maintenance, and implementation of disclosure guidance, disclosure policies, disclosure policy and guidance updates, and related international security documentation.
    • Coordinate reviews and recommendations involving releasability, disclosure decisions, and foreign visit or access-related requests.
    • Engage with Government stakeholders, international partners, and internal security functions to ensure proper handling of disclosure-related matters.
    • Support tracking, documentation, and resolution of foreign disclosure issues affecting program execution and international engagement.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
  • Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.
Pay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $110,500.00/Yr. - USD $184,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
