Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Provides foreign disclosure and technology transfer support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access matters by analyzing disclosure issues, reviewing documentation, and supporting compliance with U.S. Government policies and regulations.

Essential Duties:
  • Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions
  • Supports FMS disclosure activities
  • Supports International Cooperative Programs disclosure activities
  • Supports foreign national access reviews for Information Technology systems
  • Supports development and implementation of disclosure and releasability decisions
  • Provides release recommendations
  • Reviews program documentation prior to release to foreign governments
  • Develops documentationin accordance withU.S. Government technology transfer policy
  • Supports export license and technicalassistanceagreement development
  • Monitors compliance with U.S. Government policies and regulations
  • Develops documentation for future phases of international programs
  • Coordinates engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals
  • Assistsin resolving disclosure issues and questions
  • Oversees tracking and quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals
  • Supports management of foreign national visits
  • Develops, manages, and staffs TA/CPs
  • Supports management of Export Licenses, TAAs, and CFIUS cases
  • Participates in International Programs Security training and awareness activities

Education:
  • BA/BSdegree

Experience:
  • 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
  • Desired: 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government technology transfer policy
  • Knowledge of disclosure and releasability processes
  • Knowledge of export licensing activities
  • Knowledge of international program security requirements
  • Ability to review documentation for foreign release
  • Ability to coordinate engineering reviews
  • Ability to support foreign national visit management
