The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, advisors, workflow, customer satisfaction, warranty compliance, and departmental profitability while ensuring high-quality service standards for Ford commercial vehicles and fleet customers.
This leadership role requires strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a fast-paced service team focused on efficiency, safety, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the Ford service department to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs
Supervise service advisors, diesel technicians, porters, and support staff

Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed according to Ford standards and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving escalated service issues professionally

Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper billing procedures

Qualifications
