Automotive Sales ManagerRazzari Ford | Merced, CaliforniaWhat You'll Do- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Manage daily showroom operations and sales activities to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor sales staff through one-on-one training, role-playing, and performance management.
- Monitor key performance indicators including closing ratios, lead response times, appointments, showroom traffic, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and negotiating with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and integrity.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage lead follow-up, customer retention, and sales pipeline activity.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and dealership performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Ford products, programs, incentives, and competitive market trends.
- Foster a culture focused on customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving dealership profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a winning team.
- Experience desking deals and managing the complete sales process.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with VinSolutions CRM.
- Ford dealership experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
