NICE TO MEET YOU!As the
Food Safety & Quality Manager, you will be the ultimate guardian of product excellence and safety across the entire FELFEL USA supply chain. - Supply Chain & Audit Management: Conduct rigorous audits of private label manufacturing facilities and supplier kitchens. Work closely with external vendors to drive end-to-end quality, shelf-life, and safety improvements.
- Packaging Improvements: Partner with Procurement Ops to research, synthesize, and implement improvements in fresh food packaging design, improving product quality, safety, and shelf life.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical expert within the Food Product team, collaborating closely with Operations to investigate root causes and field customer inquiries regarding food safety or quality.
