Phillips Medisize, a Molex company is seeking a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Strategic Marketing Senior Manager at our Hudson, WI site to join our Global Strategic Marketing team to shape and execute B2B commercial and marketing strategies that support growth for the Regulated Consumer Products (RCP) business unit within our contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). As part of a growing, high-performing team, this role offers the opportunity to translate market and customer insights into strategic plans, sales enablement tools and integrated marketing programs in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys leading and executing the full marketing continuum, from upstream activities such as customer insight development and five-year strategic planning to downstream activities such as key-account sales enablement and marketing communications. The role partners closely with RCP business unit and commercial leaders. The RCP business unit serves customers in highly regulated FMCG markets, including reduced-risk and alternative nicotine delivery products intended for adult consumers, where regulatory compliance is a fundamental business requirement.

*This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in office at our Hudson, WI location

What You Will Do

  • Manage the development and support implementation of the annual development and implementation of the five-year strategic plan for Regulated Consumer Products (RCP) in collaboration with RCP business unit leaders, Sales leadership and Marketing colleagues.
  • Partner with business unit, Marketing and Sales leaders to develop and execute strategic programs, account-specific messaging and sales enablement tools that communicate Phillips Medisize's differentiated value for priority accounts and growth markets.
  • Develop and maintain RCP market insights by using primary and secondary research to assess market dynamics, customer needs and competitive activity; synthesize findings into actionable insights for strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Partner with the business unit leader and sales leadership to support account planning, represent BU priorities and translate market needs into actionable commercial and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop value and maintain value propositions for the FMCG markets the RCP BU serves.
  • Create and maintain buyer personas and customer journeys to guide integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing communications plans and sales enablement tools, including messaging, content development and deployment across relevant digital channels.
  • Dotted line report to the IMC Director to ensure all downstream marketing programs and tools align with brand priorities.
  • Based on performance and opportunity, may in the future contribute to M&A assessments in collaboration with BU leadership, subject matter experts and Molex Corporate Development team.
  • Travel up to 30% for internal meetings and industry tradeshows.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and 10+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, or related functions supporting highly regulated FMCG, consumer electronics, or similar industries; OR a Master's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience developing and executing three- to five-year strategic plans within a global organization.
  • Experience translating strategic plans into measurable commercial and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing and sales enablement strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple global regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia.

  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools responsibly to improve marketing effectiveness while maintaining appropriate review processes and confidentiality safeguards.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
