Rotation: 3 weeks on 3 weeks off or 3 weeks on 6 weeks off.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Air Ambulance team member, you'll be an essential part of a highly skilled aeromedical crew, responding to critical medical emergencies and performing patient transports in fixed-wing aircraft. Working closely with nurses, physicians, and pilots, you'll deliver advanced pre-hospital and interfacility critical care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform aeromedical evacuations (medevacs) and stabilize patients for transport.
  • Conduct patient assessments and initiate critical interventions per medical protocols.
  • Prepare & maintain medical equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Communicate effectively with hospitals, dispatch, and aircrew to coordinate care.
  • Participate in ongoing training & simulations to enhance emergency response skills.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Registered Advanced Care Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic(Registered in Canada)
3+ years of emergency, flight, or experience
Air Ambulance experience (preferred but not required)
Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
Valid CPR, ACLS, ITLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (Instructor status is a bonus!)
Ability to work in high-pressure, remote, and unpredictable environments
Willingness to travel on small aircraft in varied weather conditions
