Completion SupervisorWhat You Will Be DoingSupervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Basic Qualifications• Prior experience in aircraft maintenance and flight line operations required.
• Experience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issues.
Desired Skills• Strong background in F-35 aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently in a demanding environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms
• Familiarity with QADS, SFM, PDM, VAS, JDL, ALIS, JTD.
• Strong background in business metrics, specifically cost and schedule management.
• Experience managing in a Union environment.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
