Standard Job DescriptionSupervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Lead the Prod Ops build team for classified programs through program capture, programd emonstrations, planning, build and execution.Individual will be responsible for staffing, cost, schedule and quality performance. This role will ensure that the programs contractual and internally
funded demonstrations are executed successfully. Also, required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to team members. Must exhibit FSL behaviors and deploy Accountability and continous improvemetn mindset onto manufacruing programs.
Basic Qualifications- Progressively more responsible leadership roles within Varying Aerospace Build Program Types
- Leadership experience across multiple development and production programs
- Experience shaping manufacturing team culture and engagement
- Training and experience in driving leader standard work and continuous improvement
- EVMS and Risk / Opportunity management exposure
Desired Skills- Experience with crafting a manufacturing strategy

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $151800.00 - $281800.00
