Full Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating multi-discipline project schedules for turbine generator outage implementation windows in support of the Long-Range Plan.

Responsible for archiving project schedules after completion of the project.
Scheduling duties will include scoping of scheduled work, scheduling of equipment, materials and onsite/offsite resources, and resource leveling in the most efficient and cost-effective manner within assigned organizations and systems.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure schedules for turbine generator outages are developed in accordance with fleet/station requirements and standards.
  • Interface with other work groups/vendors (onsite and offsite) to identify and collect necessary information in support of schedule development and quality.
  • Provide scheduling support for site work groups, site organization or vendors that have activities that need to be coordinated through and integrated into the project schedule.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to minimize equipment/system out of service time to minimize plant risk.
  • Communicates schedule issues/conflicts promptly to the Director of Fleet Outages and the Turbine Services Project Manager.
  • Attends project stakeholder meetings and reports out on the schedule.
  • Assist in the development and updating of the Project Health Reports (PHRs) in preparation for the Project Review Committee (PRC) meetings.


Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

Skills and Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field (preferred) or High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of power plant scheduling experience - highly recommended
  • Proficient in P6, Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
  • General understanding of nuclear operation, practices and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team.


Travel is required to support fleet outages, meetings and project execution/evaluation.
