Our Fitness Coaches perform the following duties:
- Lead and motivate members through pre-written workouts
- Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
- Can use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout & give form correction where needed
- Can appropriately time workouts
- Perform basic cleaning and maintain a stellar fitness studio environment
Coach Qualifications:
- Are AED/CPR certified
- Are a current Certified Personal Trainer ISSA, ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, NCSF or
- Individuals with an advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), Ph.D., DPT)
- Kinesiology
- Exercise Science
- Health Science
- Movement Science
- Exercise Physiology
- General Fitness
- Athletic Training
- Pre-Professional Health (e.g., Physical Therapy)
- Fitness or Sports Condition Specialization (Strength and Conditioning, Physical Activity Promotion)
- Pass the OTFit Certification Program
- Are a TEAM PLAYER, punctual, and committed to growth/learning
