• Oversee implementation and maintenance of over 20,000 firewall rules for business operations
• Drive technical leadership and continuous improvement across multiple data centers
• Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development
• Design and deploy network infrastructure while proactively resolving potential issues
• Conduct complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis using advanced diagnostic tools
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP and regulatory requirements through stringent process adherence
• Lead firewall engineer on critical IT-OT network segmentation initiatives
• Perform quarterly compliance assessments across 120+ network segments to maintain audit readiness
• Automate firewall rule management to achieve zero security violations and negative customer impact
