Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager II to support fire alarm and life safety projects throughout the San Antonio, TX area through hybrid work. The Project Manager will oversee projects from award through completion, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager II:
• Manage fire alarm and life safety projects from award through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and project milestones.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and scope changes.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and customer communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications of the Project Manager II:
• 5+ years of project management experience in fire alarm, life safety, security, or building automation environments.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Degree, trade school certification, equivalent experience, or relevant certifications preferred.
Compensation of the Project Manager II:
• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
