Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial systems, accounting, or related roles, with hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and FCCS.
• Proven track record in leading financial systems process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Direct experience in Chart of Accounts design, restructuring, or optimization.
• Strong understanding of close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes within a public company environment.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and IT general controls.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system owner and administrator for Oracle Fusion ERP and FCCS, overseeing configuration and security.
• Lead the monthly/quarterly close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Own governance and optimization of Chart of Accounts for scalability and accurate reporting.
• Identify and spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in record-to-report cycles.
• Collaborate with IT and external consultants on system updates and issue resolutions during Oracle releases.
• Ensure financial systems comply with SOX regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Work with various departments to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Develop system documentation and training materials for end-users.
