About Your Role
The Financial Systems Manager owns the administration, integration, and operational effectiveness of the company's financial technology stack. This role is responsible for NetSuite ERP and its integrations with HRIS, corporate credit card, and expense management platforms. The position manages vendor support relationships for all connected systems, maintains SOX compliant controls across the financial systems environment, and applies structured project management discipline to drive implementations and improvements to completion. This role reports to the Director of IT and operates onsite.
What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Administer, configure, and optimize NetSuite, including SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, roles, permissions, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Own ERP architecture decisions, system governance, configuration documentation, and audit trail integrity.
- Maintain SOX compliant controls across all financial systems, and support internal and external audit activities, including evidence gathering, control documentation, and remediation tracking.
- Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and HRIS, corporate credit card, and expense management systems.
- Define and document data flow standards, reconciliation procedures, and integration SOPs across all connected platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor support teams across all financial systems, managing escalations and SLAs and coordinating system updates and releases.
- Apply continuous improvement frameworks to eliminate manual workflows, reduce cycle times, and increase system automation.
- Lead full lifecycle financial systems projects using structured project management methodologies from requirements through deployment and support.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support Finance and IT leadership.
- Support month-end close cycles, UAT, and operational workflows across financial systems.
- Provide training and end-user support for all managed financial platforms.
- Partner with Finance and HR to translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of NetSuite administration experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
- Hands-on experience maintaining SOX compliant financial systems, including access controls, change management, and audit trail integrity.
- Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR).
- Hands-on experience integrating corporate credit card and expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Expensify, Ramp).
- Experience managing vendor support relationships for enterprise financial systems.
- Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex systems implementations on time and within scope.
- Active PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, CSV imports, and data migration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite certifications, including one or more of the following:
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation.
- NetSuite Certified Administrator.
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or energy-related industries.
- Familiarity with iPaaS integration tools such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Background supporting regulated or project-based accounting environments.
