Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate at John Sutton State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Consultative Selling: Conducting comprehensive consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
