Department: Sales - Business Office
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 / year

We're looking for a Financial Services Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage a high volume of turnovers each month. FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER:
The Financial Services Manager is responsible for business office targets and objectives. They are to ensure the Finance & Insurance department meets targets, maintains high customer satisfaction levels, and complies with all legal and OMVIC requirements.
37ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:37
37Present all available products to all customers all the time. Building value in the products for the customers, resulting in a compelling reason to purchase.
37Work with OEM Captive Finance companies and Bank institutions to get customer contracts funded efficiently and quickly.
37Participate in professional training.
37Identify targets for finance product sales and ensure that such targets are met.
37Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate advice.
37Work with Sales Managers and Sales Team to maximize the "F&I starts at the front door" approach.
