Team OverviewThe Industry Executive is responsible for driving new business growth within TransUnion's Consumer Lending and Card markets by developing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading consultative sales engagements. This hunter-focused role specializes in acquiring new clients, expanding existing customer relationships through cross-sell opportunities, and delivering strategic solutions that drive revenue growth. This role will report directly to the Sales Vice President of Sales Management.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities- Drive growth across TransUnion's Consumer Lending and Card businesses by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client relationship management, presentations, negotiations, and closing new business.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions, expand existing relationships, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Gather market and customer insights, support product innovation, and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Required Knowledge and Experiences- 3+ years of financial services sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue and quota goals.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and strong communication, relationship-building, customer focus, and willingness to travel.
- Strong ability to build executive-level relationships, navigate complex organizations, and close strategic deals.
- Knowledge of Consumer Lending and Card markets, with expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and new business development.
- Drive growth within TransUnion's Financial Services Consumer Lending and Card businesses by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities.

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
