We are seeking an experienced finance planning and cost analyst to join our team.
Work Location: This is an on-site in person position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Price/Cost Proposal Coordination and Preparation including but not limited to:
- Development of Cost Estimates
- Coordinates activities of team members engaged in formulating cost estimates and proposal inputs
- Identification of areas of cost risk
- Budget/Cost Performance Tracking
- Advanced modeling skills, including
- Excel modeling
- System downloads and integration into models
- Power BI
- Works closely with Finance, Business Development, Program Managers, Engineering and Operations to support various programs with cost analysis
- Works closely with Business Development to support various proposals and pricing
- Assisting Finance Department with various Financial Analysis, supporting Revenue Recognition, Month-end Close, and ongoing ad hoc analysis

Salary: Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field from an accredited college/university
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing/engineering companies preferred
- Experience in Program/Contract based costing environments
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
