Summary:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for leading all financial planning activities for the Baptist Health Medical Group. This includes both annual and ad hoc financial forecasting and budgeting activities, as well as capital and strategic business planning. This position supports company leadership by providing relevant and useful information, analysis, and recommendations for effective planning and decision making. The position requires a high level of inter-personal skills to establish and enhance positive relations with all levels of management, co-workers, and others.
Other information:
- BS Accounting or Finance required
- Public Accounting/Healthcare experience preferred
- 7+ years of finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibility
- 3+ years supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts (GAAP), practices, procedures and financial reports
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, report writing and data presentation
- Able to successfully lead and engage teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve, multitask and work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
