Job Description
The Financial Manager's role is to maintain the fiscal integrity of the Administrative Departments of the College. Tasks include the departmental budget supervision, approval and support for purchasing, payroll, and accounts payable activities, monthly reporting and analysis to provide recommendations to the Director of Finance for budget development and year-end projections. Personnel actions include College-wide cost distribution approval, hiring coordination of all administrative area students and College supported fellowships (100+). Authorization and audit of monthly Procurement card expenses, approve staff reimbursements in Concur, and other College initiatives.
Required Skills
B.A./B.S., and three to five years of experience. Will consider candidates with 8 years of related experience in lieu of the education requirement.
