F&BO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to support the Product Center team and drive financial performance for this strategic initiative. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, earned-value management, estimating, and program finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis and establish performance-management, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including variance analysis, trend identification, workforce-planning drivers, risk and opportunity assessments, and development of mitigation plans.
  • Integrate information from multiple financial systems, processes, and functions to consolidate data into actionable business-solution recommendations.
  • Consolidate financial results and produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for internal and external customers, including government contractual cost and schedule earned-value management reporting.
  • Consolidate financials across business areas to provide a comprehensive view of performance.
  • Develop and manage budgets for multiple programs within the Product Center and track all programmatic funding requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT leads, and senior leadership.
  • Manage and track Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation of tailored program performance in accordance with CPS-026 for Common Scope.
  • Assist with the management of a first-adaptor DFARs EV requirement (IPT to program).
  • Develop and manage business cases for new initiatives.
  • Provide funding-forecast guidance and variance analysis, and lead the monthly submittal of EPRS.
  • Support proposal development and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE) as needed.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate monthly diagnostics and prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly and monthly basis.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
