Standard Job DescriptionF&BO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to support the Product Center team and drive financial performance for this strategic initiative. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, earned-value management, estimating, and program finance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial analysis and establish performance-management, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including variance analysis, trend identification, workforce-planning drivers, risk and opportunity assessments, and development of mitigation plans.
- Integrate information from multiple financial systems, processes, and functions to consolidate data into actionable business-solution recommendations.
- Consolidate financial results and produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for internal and external customers, including government contractual cost and schedule earned-value management reporting.
- Consolidate financials across business areas to provide a comprehensive view of performance.
- Develop and manage budgets for multiple programs within the Product Center and track all programmatic funding requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT leads, and senior leadership.
- Manage and track Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation of tailored program performance in accordance with CPS-026 for Common Scope.
- Assist with the management of a first-adaptor DFARs EV requirement (IPT to program).
- Develop and manage business cases for new initiatives.
- Provide funding-forecast guidance and variance analysis, and lead the monthly submittal of EPRS.
- Support proposal development and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE) as needed.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate monthly diagnostics and prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly and monthly basis.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
