Qualifications/Requirements:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing accurate status accounting of foreign country program Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) budgets that directly support Program Management decision-making. This role ensures complete funds traceability and execution across complex, high-visibility FMS defense programs.
U.S. Citizenship
Obtain maintain a Security clearance.
Responsibilities include managing case budgets to align with LOA program product line and manpower line execution activities; tracking case funds obligations and expenditures throughout the program life cycle; prepare and track funding documents for organic and/or Contractor program execution activities and funds traceability; prepare cost estimates of product/services to guide the case budget process; provide critical decision support via monthly financial status reports to Program Management, oversee delivery reporting requirements, and conduct routine funds reconciliation leading to final Notice of Services and Supply Completion notifications.
