What You Will Do:Responsible for leading teams and working with clients to strengthen their financial management processes, internal controls, and execute business process re-engineering. Conduct risks assessments and iIntegrate data management, analysis, and visualization capabilities with the accounting and financial processes, creating continuous audit readiness and fraud prevention.
What You Will Need: - An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- TEN (10) + minimum years of experience of financial management experience
- Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing client senior executives
- Experience translating policy and standards into programmatic actions and project delivery
What Would Be Nice To Have: - Direct experience with the Department of War financial improvement and audit readiness (FIAR) engagements
- Experience with non-appropriated funds
The annual salary range for this position is $179,000.00-$298,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
