Financial Data & Reconciliation Lead
Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
• Lead financial data assessment, mapping, conversion, and reconciliation
• Define financial control totals and validation criteria
• Coordinate source-to-target mapping with functional and technical teams
• Identify source-data quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Validate data transformations and system outputs
• Establish repeatable reconciliation and exception-management processes
• Support interface and conversion testing
• Maintain traceability between source data, OneStream structures, and downstream outputs
• Lead financial data readiness for deployment
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of federal financial management/data experience
• Demonstrated financial data reconciliation and systems-conversion experience
• Understanding of federal financial data structures and controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC
Preferred Qualifications:
• Navy ERP, PBIS, DAI, or comparable DoD systems experience
• OneStream financial data experience
• SQL/data analytics experience
• Audit/readiness or financial statement experience
The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
