Job Description AMS Finance is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the FAST Labs Microelectronics Product Line. This challenging and fast-paced role is responsible for the planning, forecasting and execution of the evolving commercial business within the Microelectronics Product Line. This role will be focused on developing financial planning and modeling to enable the Product Line to deliver on its commitment to the business.
Responsibilities include:
Provide primary finance support to the Microelectronics Commercial program area:
Lead the development and execution of the commercial demand forecasting
Develop and implement financial strategies that support the Commercial model
Assist in development of pricing strategy, Commercial Item Determination packages, and pricing catalogues for FAR part 12 commercial product offerings
Collaborate with other financial disciplines as required (Accounting, Government Compliance, Pricing)
Collaborate with internal customers and manufacturing partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment of overlapping financial plans
Monitor and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance against forecast and plan and provide insights to senior leadership
Promote the professional development of the finance team; drive and sustain a high level of collaboration and continuous improvement mindset amongst the team
Required Skills and Education
