Your Role at Baxter:
As an Analyst, Treasury Operations, you will serve as a key partner supporting Baxter's global banking and treasury operations. You will work closely with Corporate Treasury, Legal, Business Unit leaders, and banking partners to administer bank account management activities, maintain governance over banking authorities and access, and support treasury systems and controls. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaborative approach will help ensure the integrity of Baxter's global banking operations while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
What you'll be doingSupport banking activities related to business transformations, including divestitures, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring initiatives by coordinating required banking changes with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
Serve as the primary administrator for global bank account management activities, including opening, closing, and modifying bank accounts while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with Baxter policies and banking requirements.
Prepare, coordinate, and track banking documentation globally, managing approval workflows, document execution, delivery logistics, and maintenance of status dashboards to ensure timely completion of banking requests.
Maintain and monitor bank portal user access, supporting onboarding, modifications, and removals while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and internal control requirements.
Maintain treasury master data and core information within the Kyriba Treasury Management System, including bank accounts, banking relationships, settlement instructions, reporting structures, and related treasury data.
Support cash management activities by assisting with liquidity management processes, cash positioning, and treasury operational reporting.
What you'll bringBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field .
1-2+ years of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, financial administration, cash management, or related finance functions.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
Experience working with banking documentation, account administration, financial operations, or related processes.

The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
