Financial Analyst to be a dedicated partner for our global teams. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for managing sales expenses, headcount, and helping us make smart, data-driven decisions that fuel company growth. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to provide the financial insights they need to enable Ping Identity's maximum top-line impact.

What You'll Do- Manage expenses: Being integral part of the sales expense accrual process, collaborating directly with the team to ensure costs are captured accurately.
- Own the sales budget: Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for all global sales teams and initiatives.
- Reconcile with precision: Dive into the details, meticulously reconciling budget vs. actuals and providing clear insights into spending trends.
- Process Improvement: Drive reporting consistency and simplification, streamlining how we track sales performance metrics and operational spend.
- Leverage Anaplan: Use Anaplan for all reporting, tracking, and analysis, helping to build a single source of truth for sales headcount and financials.
What You'll Bring- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on expenses and headcount.
- A strong accounting foundation, with hands-on experience in managing accruals and expense recognition.
- Strong experience with budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Direct experience with Anaplan for financial reporting and planning.
- You are an expert with Excel and comfortable building robust financial models.
- You have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Salary Range: $80,000-$86,000
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
