Full Job Description
Dynamic is offering an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst III will have at least 4 years' experience in an analytical role supporting manufacturing operations, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Ideal candidate will be comfortable with open-ended frameworks and will deliver detail oriented, forward-thinking analysis.
Duties/Responsibilities
Ability to take high level financial results and return concrete and detailed deliverables analyzing drivers and trends
Mindset to look at current and historical financial performance an extrapolate to future-state leveraging financial models
Ability to interface and collaborate with functional owners to translate accounting processes and identify and recommend improvements to current and future state.
Lead initiatives to streamline, or automate, manual reporting and recurring month-end processes
Assist in design and implementation of reporting dashboards and other tools, cooperating with IT for development of advanced solutions (ex. PowerBI)
Model proposed business changes into financial impacts for scenario analysis.
Prepare and support monthly rolling forecast and annual budget process.
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience
