What you'll do day-to-day
Lead cross-functional and firmwide projects to address key business strategy questions through rigorous financial analysis.
Drive development and maintenance of the firm's financial forecasts, ensuring robust scenario planning and budgeting processes.
Manage the creation of recurring and ad hoc financial reporting for the firm's senior leadership, translating complex results into clear, actionable insights.
Assess key drivers of revenue, expenses, capital needs, and other financial outcomes to inform business decisions.
Build and enhance scalable models, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve data quality, efficiency, and decision support.
What we're looking for
Eight or more years of experience in strategic finance or related roles in alternative asset management, investment banking, or similar environments, along with a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $225,000 to $300,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
