Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for FinOp and firm leadership, highlighting trends, variances, and key business drivers.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and business data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Build and standardize reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Partner with colleagues across FinOp to address business questions and contribute to capability-building initiatives.


What we're looking for

  • At least two years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or another relevant field, along with a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Technical proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis; familiarity with coding or automation tools is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn new concepts and tools in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $175,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
