As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead the design and implementation of transformative finance solutions using OneStream. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of enterprise performance management. Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of innovative finance solutions utilizing OneStream

- Analyze intricate issues and develop practical strategies for resolution

- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills

- Cultivate substantial relationships with clients to understand their needs

- Navigate the complexities of enterprise performance management

- Enhance technical knowledge and personal branding within the finance sector

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance

- At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred

- OneStream Training Credentials preferred

- Managing large finance and data architecture transformations

- Leading design and testing of OneStream multi-dimensional models

- Configuring OneStream workflows and data management

- Managing core Accounting areas like Performance Management

- Building and maintaining client relationships

- Working in an Agile project management environment

- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing tasks

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
