The Opportunity
As a Finance Transformation - Anaplan Consultant, Senior Associate, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to optimize finance functions and enhance their contribution to the business. Within our Advisory practice, you will address challenges related to achieving appropriate standards of control and providing insightful business support. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while maintaining professional and technical standards.
In this role, you will support clients by aligning financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes to drive better business decisions. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Working within our Finance Consulting services, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in financial management, reporting, and analysis, helping businesses optimize their financial performance. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can expand your knowledge and contribute to impactful client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with finance leaders to optimize financial planning and reporting processes
- Implementing and managing Anaplan solutions to enhance financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
- Conducting complex data analysis to extract insights and drive strategic business decisions
- Developing and refining budgeting and forecasting tools to support financial management objectives
- Utilizing data visualization software to create impactful financial reports and dashboards
- Leading process optimization initiatives to improve operational performance and efficiency
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
- Guiding junior team members in the application of financial management software and techniques
- Upholding professional standards and ethical conduct in all client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
- Preference for at least Prior professional industry or sector experience (i.e., Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, or Consumer Packaged Goods) is preferred years of experience
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Utilizing data visualization software for insightful financial analysis
- Implementing process optimization for enhanced financial performance
- Excelling in complex data analysis and interpretation
- Developing and managing comprehensive financial management software solutions

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
