Your Future Role

Take on a strategic role at the heart of Alstom's tender activities. As Finance Tender Manager, you will act as a key financial partner to Tender and Bid teams, contributing actively to the development of competitive, compliant, and financially sound tender solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Tender, and Project functions, and will play a critical role in tender financial structuring, risk management, governance, and decision support, in an environment characterized by tight deadlines and high financial exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Financial Management
  • Support and challenge Tender teams to build financially robust and competitive solutions
  • Develop and analyze cost models, forecasts, cash flow, margins, and risk & opportunity registers
  • Contribute actively throughout the full tender lifecycle up to submission


Governance & Compliance
  • Prepare financial inputs for tender reviews (BOR, Gate reviews, CPRs)
  • Ensure compliance with financial governance, reporting standards, and approval processes
  • Support CPR0 in coordination with FPM and Cost Manager, ensuring data accuracy and traceability


Financial Data & Tools
  • Provide functional support on enterprise tender and project tools (costing, forecasting, risk)
  • Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of financial data across the tender lifecycle


Risk & Decision Support
  • Identify, quantify, and challenge financial risks and opportunities
  • Deliver structured financial analysis to support decision making
  • Contribute to commercial and financial negotiations


Tender to Project Transition
  • Support smooth transition from tender to execution with operational and project teams
  • Ensure financial assumptions and commitments are clearly transferred and understood


  • All About You

Mandatory :
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance, economic, business administration or another relevant field.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Railroad industry
  • 2 years of experience in :
    • SAP, Excel and other MS Office tools or similar
    • Financial strategy development
    • Risk and opportunity management
    • Finance management within a tendering or project environment


Good to have :
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder, industrial contexts
  • Strong knowledge with finance processes and tools
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Working Conditions:

Location: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time Permanent (40 hours per week)
