You are:An analytical problem-solver drawn to how finance functions actually work - and how they could work better. You are comfortable in a model, in a dataset, and in front of a client, and you want to build depth in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, and AI-enabled planning.
You gather requirements, configure models and reports, test the logic, and turn analysis into insights that inform real client decisions. You produce accurate, complete, client-ready deliverables that you own end to end.
The work:- Build and configure planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions on leading EPM platforms under the direction of a workstream lead
- Configure and test agentic FP&A workflows, including automated scenario generation and variance commentary
- Develop driver-based planning models, scenario logic, and variance analytics that clients use to steer the business
- Work with emerging AI and EPM platform capabilities as they reach the market, and help translate them into something a finance function can use
- Gather and document requirements through client interviews and working sessions; translate them into functional designs and build specifications
- Perform finance data analysis - profiling source data, validating model outputs, and testing results against client baselines
- Produce clear, client-ready deliverables: process documentation, design artifacts, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Support testing, training, and deployment activities through go-live and stabilization
- Contribute to practice assets - reusable templates, configuration accelerators, and internal knowledge-sharing
- Build financial services domain knowledge across banking, insurance, and capital markets through client work and structured learning
Ability to travel up to 25-50%, commensurate with client engagement requirements
Here's what you need:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, financial analysis, or EPM implementation - in a consulting, professional services, or corporate finance environment
- Bachelor's degree
