Fred Beans Automotive Group is growing, and we are looking for experienced Finance Managers to join our team across multiple locations!
As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in helping customers navigate the vehicle purchase process while working closely with our sales teams and lenders to create a positive experience for every guest.
What we're looking for:
Automotive finance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of lending, compliance, and dealership processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
