5+ years of experience in finance or accounting analytics and reporting; experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise is a plus.
Proficient in building dashboards or reports using Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
Self-starter with a focus on process improvement and automation of tasks.
Strong communication skills for translating complex data into insights for non-technical audiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and be a thought partner with Data Infrastructure forward strategy.
Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and data integrations that pull from various source systems - liberating the data and reducing manual, spreadsheet-driven reporting across the team.
Serve as a cross-functional partner for data and reporting needs across departments and franchise business partners.
Build and maintain dashboards that give finance, operations, and franchise leadership self-serve access to the numbers that matter.
Develop tools and models that bridge accounting data with operational analytics for month-end close, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
Support month-end close and management reporting with accurate, timely, well-documented analytics.
Develop and promote data management methodologies and standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience supporting accounting or finance with growing analytics or reporting responsibility; multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise experience is a plus.
Experience building dashboards or reports in Domo, Power BI, or Tableau like system.
A self-starter with a process-improvement mindset who genuinely enjoys finding a better, faster, more automated way to get to the answer and a track record of automating manual processes.
